Acceptance

By creating an account or using Spendium, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the service if you are barred under applicable law.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Spendium: no probing, scraping, or attacking our systems; no unlawful activity; no attempt to access others’ data.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the term you select until canceled. Taxes may apply. Pricing and payment methods are shown at checkout.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel renewal from billing settings. Features may downgrade to Free at the end of the paid period. We do not guarantee refunds except where required by law or stated at purchase.

Intellectual property

Spendium owns the service, brand, and content we create. You retain rights to data you enter. We receive a license to host and process your data to run the product.

Disclaimers

Spendium provides software tools, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Forecasts and assistant answers are informational and may be wrong. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spendium is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or fifty dollars if you only used Free).

Termination

You may stop using Spendium anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk. Some provisions survive termination.

Governing law

Unless a different law is required where you live, these terms are governed by the laws chosen in your commercial agreements with Spendium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new date and, when changes are material, provide reasonable notice in the product or by email.
